Rescued from the Domain of Darkness

After a very encouraging and convicting sermon tonite, I thought that I would just take a minute to boast in the Lord. Do you ever stop to think about darkness? I do and I must admit, I am afraid of the dark. Did you know that the Bible says that before you are in Christ, you ARE darkness? Wow! That is a huge thought. Darkness is at enmity with light. They are polar opposites. There are so many things that can be said about a person who is without the saving knowledge of Christ, but to say that they are darkness is so "harsh".....however, that is what I was before I was transferred into the kingdom of His Beloved Son. Thank you, Jesus that you have made the way for me to be transformed from darkness into light. I am so thankful for so many things on a daily basis, but often times, I do not say thank you to The One who has made it possible for me to no longer be darkness, but to now be light. May my light shine to ever bring You honor and glory for You alone are worthy!!
